The last time I saw David was at the Hebrew presentation where he wowed all of us with both his Hebrew prowess and enthusiasm for animals. He told us he wanted to be a biologist. He was part of the Hillel community and it's hard to believe no one knew how much he might have been hurting.
I just loved David, all the way through high school. He was a tremendous kid and I appreciated how brilliant and interesting he was. I am devastated by the news of his untimely death and will always remember him. My heart goes out to his wonderful family and I know that they will now forever live with a broken heart.

This article neglects to mention the recent suicide of U of C alum Timothy Aher (2004), who was studying law in London when he took his own life in February of this year. Tim also had many friends on campus, was actively involved in WHPK, and is likewise dearly missed.
Everywhere on college campuses and in medical schools there are extreme abuses of exception to the rules by muslim students and harassment against Jewish and non-Muslims students. The MSA at U of C lists their books as vector calculus (study of implosions and explosions) and strategy manuals for suicide terrorism. Try asking them why and they will cry out that they are being 'discriminatd against for religious reasons.' Muslim female medical students do not have to attend classes, do not have to pass course work and do not even have to treat patients but have restraining orders in their defense so that they can force and pressure medical schools into giving them professional degrees. WPHK typically liberal and hypocritical sponsors only their views while banning and censoring any other material that opposes them - yeah - real freedom of speech folks. It is no wonder that any non-muslim exposed to these elements of Talibam and Tomato Djihad in an unopposed environment that they are being bullied and threatened to no end -death by exclusion. -
